SEO Optimized Web Site Creation Special!

I am offering a special to those who want to have me create an SEO optimized web site in line with the types of optimizations that I have talked about on this blog.

As a web developer my normal rates are $25 per hour minimum.  But in line with the increased capability that my SWME system has given me to create simple web sites quickly I will only charge $50 to create a web site containing up to 5 pages of content (in addition to a standard Contact Me, Privacy Policy, and About Me pages if desired).  The Contact Me page uses PHP to send you form comments in the form of an email.

If you have me create such a web site for you, you are not paying for just the web site HTML.  Included in that price is my knowledge and experience on on-page SEO factors that I will include into your web site and that will help you rank better in the search engines.  Especially on Google.

A few caveats:

• You must provide me with the text content of each of the pages you want to create (up to five).
• Each such page must contain less than 1001 words of content.
• To include links in your content simply format them as "http://www.whateverthelinkis.com" (or whatever link you are pointing to).  I will make them live links for you.
• If you want to include images you must provide the image(s) in the exact sizes you will be using on the web page.  This special does not include resizing of images through an image program. 
• The $50 is charged whether you have me create one page or 5.
• There are no refunds other than for non-delivery of your web site (which God willing, won't happen unless I die :)). 

I am a member in good standing at a number of respected forums including the Warrior Forum and the V7N Web Development Community.  Given that I am also a committed Christian I will not suffer a loss of reputation at such forums and bring disgrace to my Lord by walking away with your money.

You will get a web site in line with this special, as stated, if you pay me $50 to have it done for you.

While you can rest assured to a reasonable degree about my ability and commitment to deliver what you pay for I cannot equally be reassured of your willingness to pay since I know next to nothing about you.  Subsequently the $50 must be paid up front and in full before I will begin work on your web site (no exceptions so don't ask).

The site created will be a static HTML page site.  Meaning that with the exception of the PHP script used to process Contact Me form input all other pages will be static and not dynamically created on the fly by PHP scripts.

There are several advantages to having me create a static HTML site for you.

1. Much, much easier to maintain.  You do not have to edit and work with PHP scripts that generate your site pages.  You can view and edit the simple HTML and make your own changes easily if any are needed.
   
2. Far more secure.  There is no such thing as breaking into an HTML site page.  The HTML is there for all the world to see.  Hackers have nothing to grab hold of to use in hacking into your site through your content pages (the PHP script processing any Contact Me form is the only part that is vulnerable and that is carefully secured through proper PHP coding practices).
   
3. There is no need for you to upgrade anything as there is with software like WordPress which must constantly be updated to maintain a reasonable level of secure operation.  The only "upgrade" necessary on static HTML pages is if the content changes but this is not a true upgrade and just a change.  Once installed at your web host, you can forget the static site created by me.  There is nothing else that needs to be done on it unless you make a change to the content.
   
4. A static HTML site is far easier to move between web hosts.  There is no need to install WordPress or other Content Management System.
   
5. A static HTML site is much faster than that created by a CMS like WordPress in that it is lean and mean and serves up the minimum HTML required to present the page to site visitors.  There is no PHP script running needed to create the pages for you on the fly.  They are served up already formatted in HTML to the visitor's browser.
   
6. A static site saves bandwidth and server resources.  There is no need to access a MySQL database as WordPress does before presenting your web site pages to visitors. 

For the above and other reasons a static HTML site is better!  This special involves the creation of a static web site.  I do not offer any special to create a PHP controlled and created, dynamic web site. 



There is absolutely no truth to the myth that Google loves WordPress, blogs, or other non-static web sites. Google loves HTML and relevant content. It does not matter to Google if your site is presented as static HTML pages or served up by WordPress or other CMS scripts dynamically. If there is any advantage to dynamic HTML web sites such advantage is not inherent in the dynamic nature of such sites. It lies with the HTML they present. An advantage you can incorporate into an HTML site just as well.

You will receive the following under this special:

• Up to 5 pages containing content (text and images) that you provide to me (content must have no HTML in it...I will format it for you based on your instructions).
• An .htaccess file to help protect your site and otherwise make your site URL's user friendly.
• A Privacy Policy of your choice (that you provide) or a boiler plate Privacy Policy I have written for use on all Adsense related sites.
• A Contact Me page with a form to email PHP script included if you wish to use this.
• An About Me page which content (text and images) you must provide.
• Unlimited email support for 30 days by email to allow you to understand what you are getting.

If you wish to have me install the web site at a host of your choice (must be a Linux based server running Apache) that will be an extra $25 payable on a successful install at your web host (you do not have to pay this up front).

Otherwise the pages created will be emailed to you.
